Description
DMDE (DM Disk Editor and Data Recovery) is a program for searching, editing and recovering data on disks. Supported file systems – NTFS, FAT, FAT32, exFAT, Ext2/Ext3/Ext4. Supported operating systems – Windows 98/…XP/…7/…10, DOS, Linux. Data recovery: express search with possibility of initial recovery of lost and deleted partitions, as well as heuristic search based on file systems and file signatures (including after formatting, change of partitioning and various failures).
RAID arrays builder (RAID-0, 1, 4, 5, 6 levels, random striping, parity delay, JBOD/spanned), autodetection of parameters. Disk cloning, creating and filling images. Disk editor: Support for new versions of Windows, transitions, viewing and editing various disk structures – MBR, GPT, boot sectors and other file system structures, custom templates. Map matching of clusters and files. NTFS utilities (file copying, directory creation, etc.). Limitation of the free version – recovery of files only from the current panel (up to 4 thousand at a time).
